Extensive appendix provides, inter alia, detailed financial analysis. Another provides family trees of Greene, King / Maulkin and Lake families. Much about F W King & Son and, less so, Wells & Winch. Also covers the merchanting activities of the Greene family, notably their sugar plantation interests in the West Indies. The latter were managed and owned quite separately from the brewing business, were acquired in c1819 and disposed of in 1890s.
